Adi Yadoni, studied fine art at LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore and University Of Western Sydney, Australia. He is an artist that is comfortable in various mediums with the IBM Art Award and Philip Morris Art Award among his accolades. His works has graced many exhibition spaces locally and internationally. One of his very high profile projects was the establishment of Kaki 5 Galerie & Cafe. This space was a platform for the inspiring artists and filmmakers to hang out and exchange new ideas and projects. His design and concept of gallery cum café has been featured in many local and international lifestyle publications (Expat, Is, City Scoop etc.).
As Filmmaker, his work ranges from Narrative Films to Documentaries, Social drama TV series & Music Videos. His critically acclaimed documentary film ‘Reflections of the Misunderstood Mat Rockers’ was the first Singaporean documentary to be selected into the main programme of the 15th Singapore International Film Festival in 2002. The film has travelled to many film festivals in Asia and Europe. Recently,his highly rated Info-Ed series 'HILANG' won Best Info-Ed and Best Scriptwritng in Mediacorp's Pesta Perdana 2023 Adi lives and works in Singapore. |
